SALES POLICY

1. Pricelist

- Pricelist (Quotation) is valid within 30 days since date of quotation. After validity time, we shall advise customers if there is a change in price.

- Price do not included VAT.

- Good price policy shall be applied for traditional customers and customers who buy with big quantity.

2. Payment term

- For new customers, deposit 30% is requested in advance, then 70% balance is paid before delivery. We shall apply better payment term after 3 or 5 orders.

- For traditional customers, payment term is paid according to the signed contracts.

3. Transportation

- For orders more than 150kgs, free transportation is door to door within radius of 200km.
- For orders below 150kgs, delivery place is at warehouse of HPP2. If customers have demand, HPP2 shall quote the transport fee to warehouse of customers.

4. Private Bonus/commission

- We wish to offer customers the best price so there is no discount/bonus. Closed and traditional customers buying with big quantity shall be given specific priority for each order.

5.  Delivery time

- Delivery time is mentioned in each quotation or contract, depending on each order quantity and commodity situation. We always respect prestige in all commits with customers about delivery time and quality. Customers can directly contact with sales staff for detailed delivery time.

6. Return and compensation

- Return and compensation: when we supply products of wrong specifications, wrong quantity, bad quality as commited to customers.

- Products which are ordered with mistakes or wrong specifications by customers shall be not returned and compensated.

- Once receive commodity, customers check carefully about quantity, quality, apearance. After 03 days since delivery date, HPP2 do not solve any issues related to commodity (wrong products, wrong specifications, shortage).
